Performance Bay cat
Dont just fish the bay, own it
-
If you’re looking for a “South Texas Style” Performance Bay Catamaran, and you’ve ever thought, “Hmm… I really wish someone made one of those out of aluminum…” Well, you asked. We listened.
When you compare the Performance Bay Cat (PBC) to our Performance Fishing Cat (PFC) and Performance Pleasure Cat (PPC) lineups, all 3 share essentially the same running surface among their equal length and width counterparts.
The first thing you’ll notice that sets the PBC apart is the full length front deck, as opposed to the “Pickle Fork” type bow profile on our PFC and PPC lineups. This allows for maximum front deck space, more surface area in the tunnel helping generate comparably more lift at slower speeds, as well as optimum trolling motor placement options.
That’s not the only difference. Our PBC hulls also incorperate a slightly lower side height and gunnel height, paired with a slightly higher inside floor. This really helps you get those big fish into the boat just that much easier while also helping your visibility into the water.
With those lower sides, I’m sure you’re thinking “That has to make for a wetter ride while rolling through a chop”. Don’t Worry. We thought of that too. Our PBC Lineup features a “channel” of sorts between the rub rail and the sides of the boat, redirecting any potential spray directly back downwards. We made sure that you’ll stay dry, even in the chop.
With TONS of size options, endless rigging and finishing options, as well as a fully customizable interior layout, we can tailor your PBC build to meet your specific needs.
